Undergraduate StudentsCSE Welcomes Back its Students

The School of Computing and Software Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University recently held two receptions to welcome its incoming students and to welcome back its returning students.  To cater both to its traditional students and to its non-traditional students, the school held one reception during the early afternoon and the other during the early evening.  Both events were well attended by students and faculty and staff.

The School of Computing and Software Engineering enrolls a total of around 750 students in its programs in Computer Science, Information Technology and Software Engineering, of whom around 180 are enrolled in graduate programs.  The enrollment numbers, which show a welcome upward trend, continue to make the School of Computing and Software Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University one of the largest schools of computing in Georgia.
