TAG CSE Partners with TAG to Offer IT Seminar Series

The School of Computing and Software Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) has formed a partnership with the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) to offer the TAG/SPSU Information Technology Seminar Series.  The seminars, which will be conducted by professors from CSE, aim to give working IT professionals a technical introduction to current and emerging topics of interest to the profession.  The list of topics covered in the first series includes IT Service Delivery through ITIL, Enterprise Architectures, Software Project Management and IT governance.  The seminars start on March 7th and will be held every 2 weeks thereafter.  More information about the seminars is available from the TAG website, which also contains a link to the registration page.

TAG is an organization of some 3,500 members, and supports its members by generating opportunities for personal, professional, and business growth.  TAG aims to act as a primary catalyst to foster a rich growth environment for technology development in Georgia.  The TAG/SPSU partnership allows CSE to provide a valuable service to the TAG membership, while at the same time raising the visibility of the School within the Atlanta IT community.
