To view the lab webCam, you must have the Microsoft Media player extension installed for the browser you are using. 

If you are using Internet Explorer and the extension is not already installed, your browser will prompt you to permit an activeX control to install the necessary plugin.

The media player extension for Firefox must be installed manually.  Please google for "firefox media player plugin" for a download site.
