The presentation will center around the key parameters that influence software projects. The degree of complexity of these parameters and the resulting relationships continue to make software engineering and software management daunting tasks.
About the Speaker
Dr. Frank Tsui started his career as a Fortran compiler developer for RCA. He has more than 30 years of software development and managerial experiences in the Information Technology field. He has also spent more than 20 years in IBM, responsible for various products from operating system components to a complete application family. His formal education includes a BS in Math/Computer Science from Purdue University, MS in Applied Math from Indiana State University, and a PhD in Information/Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
